Lead with Nature is primarily a service-based business (e.g. consulting, workshops, training, online classes, etc). We occasionally sell merchandise (aka “goods”) as well. The distinct nature of these two categories requires separate fulfillment policies for the most transparent customer experience.
SERVICES – REFUND POLICY
For the following services, once services are rendered, 100% of the cost is non-refundable: consulting services; mentoring services; coaching services; custom workshops; custom training; public speaking events; custom workshops; and all other customized services.
SERVICES – CANCELLATION POLICY
For activities open to the public, cancellation policies vary and will be shared with clients in the description of each activity listed on the shop page (www.LeadwithNature.com/shop). In general, most activities allow for cancellations well ahead of time with a full refund (minus a small admin fee). Once close to the date of the activity, refunds decrease in size (e.g. 50%, 25%, etc.). Very close to the date of the activity, there will often be no refund available.
GOODS – REFUND POLICY
We offer full refunds (minus shipping charges) on all unused/worn products within 30 days of purchase date. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
GOODS – DELIVERY POLICY
We ship all purchases within 3 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page (e.g. pre-orders). Our products ship through USPS. In the United States, you can generally you can expect your items with 10 days of purchase, but there may be situations of lost goods, resulting in longer delays. For Canadian customers, shipping usually takes 2-4 weeks. There are also unknowns for international customers regarding shipping and customs. If you do not receive your product within 4 weeks, please contact us.
GOODS – CANCELLATION POLICY
Customer may cancel orders not yet shipped by sending an email. If not yet shipped, customers will receive a full refund.
