Early birds get the best bird sightings 🙂

I’m happy to share one of my favorite local birding spots in Kittery Point, Maine during peak bird migration.

Early May is an exciting time to go out looking and listening for birds. Many breeding birds have returned and are singing with gusto as they establish territories, while tons of northbound migrant birds are resting and refueling during the grueling migration journey. There’s a lot of action to observe and learn from in the forests, fields and seaside habitats of this fabulous location.
