Early birds get the best bird sightings 🙂

With a break in the weather coming, I’m offering an early morning bird walk at the lovely Fort Foster State Park in Kittery, Maine.

It’s nesting season and birds are busy, loud and there’s lot of action to observe and learn from in the forests, fields and seaside habitats of this fabulous park.

Birds we may see, hear and/or observe: Baltimore Orioles (including a great look at a nest or two), Black-Capped Chickadees, Bluebirds, Gnatcatchers, Swamp Sparrows, Cedar Waxwings, Wood Peewees, Yellow-Billed Cuckoo, Mockingbirds, Killdeer, Eider ducklings and many more.
